Move In/Out Clean

Our Move In/Move Out option delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare the home for you or the new family moving in! Please ensure that the home is empty prior to our cleaning service and that there are no other people (movers, tradespeople etc) working in the space. We also require electricity and water!

 

Please note:

If the inside of fridges, ovens and cabinetry are excessively dirty/stained extra charges may be applied.
If the walls need more than spot cleaning, then additional charges from our Extra’s menu will apply.
Detailing of window and sliding door tracks & casings is not included, but extra charges can be applied for this service.

Living Areas & Bedrooms

Vacuum/Sweep/Mop
Remove cobwebs
Dust all surfaces
Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures
Spot cleaning of lights switches
Doorknobs cleaned and disinfected

Bathrooms

Counter tops, sinks, and fixtures cleaned and disinfected
Bathtubs/showers cleaned and disinfected
Toilets cleaned and disinfected
Floors cleaned and disinfected
Mirrors and glass cleaned
Clean reachable ceiling fans and light fixtures
Remove cobwebs
Spot cleaning of lights switches
Doorknobs cleaned and disinfected
Cabinetry cleaned inside and out.

Kitchen

Vacuum/Mop
Thorough dusting
Remove cobwebs
Clean reachable ceiling fans and light fixtures
Cabinetry cleaned inside and out
Sinks, fixtures, counters and backsplash cleaned and disinfected
Appliances cleaned in and out, the exteriors buffed
Exterior of range hood cleaned
Stove top, burners, drip pans, and knobs cleaned
Spot cleaning of lights switches
Doorknobs cleaned and disinfected

All Rooms

Wipe down window sills
Wipe all reachable windows
Vents and heating bannisters dusted and wiped down
Blinds dusted & wiped down (note: we do not wipe down thin metal or plastic blinds due to danger of bending/breaking)
Wipe down baseboards, door facings, door frames, spot-clean walls (some marks/stains may need to be painted over)
