First-time/One-time Clean

First-time clients who haven’t had their home cleaned professionally within the last month will need to add the First Time Clean option in the Extras section. This gives our crew members the time they need to orientate themselves with your home and get in a little deeper to set the high-quality standards we’re known for. Once that’s complete, any subsequent cleans booked within 4 weeks, will fall under our Standard Clean option (omitting the First-time clean extra). We also have discount options for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subsequent cleans!

 

Living Areas & Bedrooms

Vacuum/Mop
Remove cobwebs
Dust/wipe all surfaces, furniture and items
Clean reachable ceiling fans and light fixtures
Dust blinds and vents
Make beds
Fluff cushions/pillows & straighten throws on couches
Light switches cleaned
Doorknobs cleaned and disinfected
Wipe down door frames and door facings
Wipe down window sills
Dust/wipe baseboards
Vacuum under furniture (please note our cleaners will not lift furniture in excess of 20lbs.)
Spot clean walls

Bathrooms

Counters, sinks, showers, bathtubs, fixtures cleaned and disinfected
Counter items dusted/wiped/buffed
Toilets cleaned and disinfected
Floors cleaned and disinfected
Mirrors and glass cleaned
Clean reachable ceiling fans and light fixtures
Dust blinds and vents
Exterior of cabinets and drawers cleaned
Remove cobwebs
Empty trash, wipe down trash can
Light switches cleaned
Doorknobs cleaned and disinfected
Wipe down door frames and door facings
Wipe down window sills
Wipe down baseboards

Kitchen

Thorough Dusting

Clean reachable ceiling fans and light fixtures

Sinks, fixtures, counters and backsplash cleaned and disinfected
Counter items dusted/wiped/buffed
Exterior of appliances cleaned and buffed
Exterior of cabinetry cleaned and handles buffed
Microwave cleaned and disinfected, inside and out
Exterior of range hood cleaned
Stove top, burners, drip pans, and knobs cleaned
Empty trash, wipe down trash can
Light switches wiped down
Doorknobs cleaned and disinfected
Wipe down door frames and door facings
Wipe down window sills
Wipe down baseboards
Vacuum under furniture (please note our cleaners will not lift furniture that weighs more than 20Lbs.)
